  • Where are you located?
    • In the fitness centre of The Yorkville, Royal Sonesta Hotel (8th floor):
      220 Bloor St W Toronto, ON M5S 1T8
      When you arrive, please check in with the front desk and obtain a key card for the elevator.
  • Do you offer couple’s massage?
    •  No, unfortunately our studio (and many of the hotel rooms) do not have the space to accommodate this; therefore we only have one therapist working at a time.
  • Can I use the showers after my massage appointment?
    • Yes! There are lockers in the change rooms should you wish to shower or use the sauna. We have locks for your convenience, or you may bring your own.
  • Are your massage therapists registered?
    • Yes! All of our therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. This is essential if you will be filing an insurance claim.
  • Can I tip my massage therapist?
    • Tips are not required, but always appreciated! There is a tip option on the POS machine if you feel so inclined.
  • How often should I schedule a massage?
    • Massage therapy is a healthy and enjoyable way to maintain optimal health. We recommend a maintenance schedule of one session every 2-4 weeks. If you have any pain, discomfort, increase stress, difficulty sleeping, or any other concerns please feel free to message us for a recommendation. With some rehabilitation treatments a few sessions within a shorter time frame (2-3 in a week) are what is needed to help you get back on track.
