Official Rules and Regulations
1. Sponsor
The contest is sponsored by Summit Massage Studio (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. Residents of the Province of Quebec are excluded from this contest. Employees or immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:01 AM EST and closes on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
There are two ways to earn entries during the Contest Period. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
- Social Media Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary): Log into your Facebook or Instagram account, navigate to the official contest post by @summit_massage, “Like” the contest post, and leave a comment. Limit of one (1) social media entry per person per platform.
- Bonus Client Entry Method: Eligible individuals will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw for completing a booked massage therapy appointment or purchasing a commercial gift certificate from the Sponsor within the Contest Period.
Note: All entry methods offer equal odds of winning per entry unit.
5. Prize
There is four (4) prizes available to be won, consisting of One (1) Electric heating pad. Approx retail value: $28 CAD. Two (2) Wellness baskets. Approx retail value: $75 CAD each. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of five (5) 60 minute massage therapy sessions (to be redeemed once per month August to December 2026). Approx retail value: $615 CAD. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
6. Winner Selection
A random draw will be conducted on August 2, 2026 at approximately 12:00pm in Toronto, Ontario from all eligible entries received across all entry streams during the Contest Period. The Sponsor will attempt to contact the selected entrant via [Direct Message on social media / Email / Phone] within 48 hours of the draw. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days, they will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be drawn.
7. Skill-Testing Question Requirement
In order to be declared an official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor. (Example: (12 x 5) + 20 – 15)
8. Liability & Platform Releases
By entering, participants release the Sponsor from any liability associated with the prize or contest participation. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Any questions or complaints regarding the selection process must be directed to the Sponsor.
