Jesica Munster has been with Summit Massage Studio since its opening in July of 2016.  We are thrilled to have her be a part of our new studio and so lucky that she brings many years of experience and an ever expanding wealth of knowledge to her practice.  Not only is she a fantastic RMT (Registered Massage Therapist), but she is also an acupuncture practitioner trained in the traditional Chinese medicine approach. She will soon be a licensed TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) practitioner as well!

Her needling focuses on a gentle and pain free way to access necessary and effective points to promote healing and balance within the body.  These gentle acupuncture sessions are combined with her 9 years of registered massage therapy experience to create a therapeutic and well rounded treatment.

In addition to RMT and acupuncture, Jesi also has certification and experience in Hot Stone Massage.  With Hot Stone Massage the stones are heated and then used by the practitioner to perform various massage techniques.  The heat really helps to loosen up and relax the muscles, and the different contours of the stones are used for either broad relaxing techniques or for more precise deeper tissue work.
